This forum will feature a moderated panel discussion with experts in the development and use of geothermal energy, followed by a facilitated policy dialogue designed to surface actionable ideas. Participants will explore how New Mexico can accelerate geothermal energy development while addressing technical, workforce, and regulatory challenges. There will be an opportunity for public input to help identify concrete policy solutions aligned with the state's energy transition goals.

TRAVEL STIPEND

Travel support is available for Community members participating in EMNRD CETS Phase II Workshops around the state of New Mexico. Participants can apply to receive $250 participation stipend to offset travel costs to attend community focused workshops. Funds will be issued after the event, please be prepared to cover up-front travel costs for your participation in this event. Review the conditions and eligibility at the following link below.
