At New Mexico State University's Arrowhead Center, the American Indian Business Enterprise (AIBE) Center is dedicated to eliminating knowledge gaps and providing unique resources for Native American entrepreneurs at every stage of business development.

Dedicated to fostering connections, we actively collaborate with Native American organizations, stakeholders, business owners, and community members. We highly value the contributions of and collaborations with our partners as we work towards achieving comprehensive representation. Our mission is to provide equitable and inclusive services, resonating with diverse cultures and increasing economic opportunity.

What We Offer:

Incubators

The AIBE business incubator will support and nurture the development of Native American-owned businesses. They will provide a range of services and resources to facilitate the establishment and expansion of entrepreneurial ventures.

Accelerators

The AIBE Center drives Native entrepreneurial growth through hybrid (virtual and in-person access) accelerator programs that provide individualized training for our members. Along with entrepreneurial training, members receive mentorship, resources, and access to our network of members, partners, and organizations that help foster economic opportunities in Native communities.

Native Farmer and Rancher Project
Native Farmer and Rancher Project ▸

The AIBE Center, funded by the Native American Agriculture Fund (NAAF), partners with CSCE and Backyard Farms LLC to offer lyophilization (freeze-dry manufacturing) services of produce and/or meat, entrepreneurial training in financial analysis and financial decision-making for farmers and ranchers, and identifying sources of and access to capital.

Outreach

Since its inception, the AIBE Center has supported 250+ Native American entrepreneurs, representing 15 Pueblos, 2 Apache Tribes and Navajo Nation.
