The Foster Innovation Exchange (FIX) at Arrowhead Center connects academia, industry, government, and community partners to support entrepreneurship in the Borderplex, offering business acceleration, prototyping, and international trade assistance.

We serve entrepreneurs, startups, and businesses across the Borderplex region, including international partners in Mexico, with resources for business growth, expansion, and U.S. market entry.

Foster Innovation Exchange (FIX)
With the generous support of the de la Vega Foster’s, Arrowhead Center at New Mexico State University (NMSU) created the Foster Innovation Exchange (FIX) to bring together academia, industry, government, and community sectorsto support innovation and entrepreneurship in the Borderplex. In its sixth year,FIX is expanding and continues its service expansion across the Borderplex region – state and international.
Entrepreneurs, startups, and businesses on both sides of the border have access to proven business acceleration programming; prototyping assistance; cloud credits; website building, and launching assistance;and international trade. New partnerships are being forged with collaboratorsin Mexico, and FIX plays a vital role in “soft landing” services for regional and international businesses seeking to expand or relocate into the U.S. markets.
