Minerva Robotics, with the help of New Mexico State University’s Arrowhead Center, aims to use computer learning and fresh ingredients to bring gourmet tortillas to homes and businesses in the United States and Mexico.
Partnership with Chihuahua, Mexico
Arrowhead Center has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the government of Chihuahua, Mexico after Arrowhead Center was selected as an international business accelerator through Chihuahua’s Ministry of Innovation and Economic Development. This collaboration will give Mexican startups the ability to take part in business training or local advising to examine potential customers, the viability of products, and strategic business plans.

Foster Family Gift
In 2017, Paul and Alejandra De La Vega Foster provided a transformative $1,000,000 gift to NMSU and Arrowhead Center to create the Foster Innovation Exchange (FIX) – a program through which various support systems and resources for regional innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development can collaborate. In the years since FIX was established, a wide range of people, businesses, and institutions have benefitted in the Borderplex region. FIX continues to impact our landscape and ecosystem, thanks to the Foster family’s generosity and vision.
