The Arrowhead Center (AHC) at New Mexico State University was contracted by the New Mexico Economic Development Department to develop and deliver several reports and services relative to the Southwest Regional Spaceport. Foremost among them were a strategic analysis of the commercial space industry and a business plan for the spaceport to realize the opportunities inherent to the industry.
