Deputy Director | SBIR Program Director

Dana Catron serves as Deputy Director and SBIR Program Director for Arrowhead Center, where she is the Director of Arrowhead’s accelerator programs, SBIR assistance program, NM FAST, and provides support on strategic planning, operations, grants, written communication, and program development. She also serves as Arrowhead Center’s northern NM liaison, where she represents the organization at events and functions, serves on advisory councils, presents on programmatic initiatives, and performs outreach. Dana received her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Washington State University and a master’s and Ph.D. (in progress) in Rhetoric and Professional Communication from NMSU.

Kristin Morehead

Kristin Morehead

Arrowhead Innovation Network | NMSBA

Kristin Morehead manages the Arrowhead Innovation Network and the AIN Ventures program, assisting with research, production and implementation of projects, partnerships and initiatives conducted through Arrowhead that support entrepreneurship.  She also oversees NMSU’s role in the New Mexico Small Business (NSMBA) Program, in partnership with Los Alamos and Sandia National Laboratories.  Kristin holds a Master’s in Anthropology, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from NMSU.

Carissa Trujillo

Carissa Trujillo

Program Specialist

Carissa Trujillo is a program specialist for the Arrowhead Center Accelerator Program. In this position Carissa uses her experience gained from working with several different non-profit organizations and educational programs in the past nine years both locally and internationally to instruct and assist cohort participants. She is an NMSU Alumni, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and a minor in Accounting. Carissa is passionate about giving back to the community and helping to empower New Mexico small business owners.
