NM REAP at Arrowhead Center provides no-cost support to agricultural producers and rural small businesses in New Mexico seeking USDA REAP grants for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects that reduce costs and promote sustainability.

Energy Efficiency Grant Support

NM REAP

Arrowhead Center at NMSU offers no-cost support to Agricultural Producers and Rural Small Businesses across New Mexico applying to the USDA REAP grant program. REAP grants help fund renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvements to reduce energy costs and promote sustainability. We provide one-on-one consultations, proposal reviews, workshops, energy audit coordination, and access to a library of resources to help applicants succeed— especially those in disadvantaged communities, with underutilized technologies, or projects under $20,000. NM REAP Energy Efficiency Webinar

Join us for a specialized webinar on energy efficiency audits, a key requirement for NM REAP grant applications. Learn about the audit process and how to access funding for energy efficiency improvements.

What We Offer

NM REAP provides technical assistance on proposal development through one-on-one consultations, hands-on support, proposal reviews, and workshops. Through personal guidance, we aim for the successful submission of your NM REAP Grant application.

Energy audits are designed to assess your current energy use and identify improvements that can save money and reduce environmental impact. NM REAP supports additional audits annually in collaboration with NMSU’s College of Engineering to help meet USDA REAP requirements.

NM REAP provides a growing library of resources and guides including checklists, application templates, quick-start guides, and recorded tutorials to help you navigate the USDA REAP grant process with confidence.
