Dylan Court

Dylan Court is a student designer at Arrowhead Center. He has worked on graphic design, web design, and print layout as a student as well as for Arrowhead Center's various programs, with an interest in creating clean, minimalistic designs. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at NMSU and has earned an associate degree in digital graphics technology from Doña Ana Community College. In his free time, Dylan enjoys reading, drawing, and embarking on road trips.

Passionate marketer with a dynamic background in hospitality management and tourism marketing, Faezeh Cheraghi holds not one but two master's degrees in her field. With a wealth of experience spanning several years, Faezeh is driven by her fervor for marketing and unwavering commitment to excellence. Armed with a keen eye for innovation and a strategic mindset, Faezeh has successfully navigated the intricacies of the marketing landscape, consistently delivered impactful campaigns, and drove results. Moreover, fueled by a relentless curiosity and an insatiable appetite for growth, Faezeh thrives on embracing new challenges and seizing opportunities to expand her horizons. She is a dedicated lifelong learner who is always eager to explore and experience the latest trends and technologies in the dynamic realm of marketing.
Jocelyn Dominguez

Jocelyn Dominguez

Jocelyn serves as a Graphic Designer at Arrowhead Center, where she provides Branding and Pitch Deck Assistance to Scale Up NM clients. With a background that includes positions like Marketing Coordinator and Social Media Manager, Jocelyn demonstrates expertise in various areas such as email marketing, branding, and Graphic Design. Jocelyn is a graduate of New Mexico State University, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a focus on Advertising.


Jose Figueroa

Jose Figueroa joined Studio G as a Graduate Assistant in May 2021. Jose will graduate with a Master of Business Administration from New Mexico State University in 2022. At Studio G, Jose conducts intake interviews with clients, connecting them to Arrowhead Enterprise Advisors based on their business ideas, plans, and needs. In addition, Jose serves as an Innoventure Jr. Facilitator, providing bilingual (i.e., English and Spanish) entrepreneurship education to elementary school students in the underserved New Mexico-Mexico border region. Jose is passionate about supporting innovators from diverse backgrounds and fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs.  “If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.” -Milton Berle


Blanca Martinez

Blanca serves as the NM CERG Graduate Assistant, where she oversees the graphic design and marketing for NM CERG. Blanca has graduated from NMSU with her Bachelor’s in graphic design and is currently obtaining her MFA through NMSU. Blanca has gained her experience in graphic design and marketing through Arrowhead Centers programs such as Innoventure, Studio G, as well as conferences such as WE Mean Business. 

Rebecca N

Rebecca Nordquist

Rebecca specializes in communications and student community outreach. Provides assistance to advertisements on the Studio G and Fintech Lab social media pages along with event planning and execution. Further apart of hosting The Bold Business Breakdown podcast through the Fintech Lab. 


AbdulAfeez Oladeinde

AbdulAfeez Oladeinde, a Graduate assistant at NMSU’s Arrowhead center. AbdulAfeez had a career in Content writing, Translation and Language teaching. He earned his bachelors degree in Chinese studies from the University of Lagos, Nigeria with two years Language Immersion at Suzhou University, China. He his currently pursuing his master’s degree in Rhetoric and Professional Communication at New Mexico State University. 


Chris Perrault

Chris is a student graphic designer at Arrowhead Center, where he has honed his skills in graphic design, photography, and various creative media during his studies at DACC. His expertise lies in digital illustration, logo design, and creating social media graphics, advertisements, and animations. Chris utilizes his digital skills, which include Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and more, to support Arrowhead Center and its various programs. While at Arrowhead Center, Chris remains committed to learning and expanding his skill set, gaining invaluable knowledge in a collaborative atmosphere with colleagues.


Cristian Rojo

Cristian Rojo is a student graphic designer at New Mexico State University - Arrowhead Center, where he helps to design numerous visually appealing graphics for their companies. He has earned his certificate in Digital Graphics, and he is now pursuing a degree in Digital Graphics Technology from Doña Ana Community College – New Mexico State University. Cristian is a motivated graphic design student with a passion for graphic design, digital media, photography, and video editing work!


Diego Sanchez

Diego joined the Arrowhead Center team to help develop the Innovation Ecosystem Connect (IEC) platform. He applies his expertise with user experience research principles to ensure the platform is user-friendly and aptly oriented toward user needs. As an NMSU graduate student, Diego is working on attaining an M.A. degree in experimental psychology with a focus in engineering psychology. He enrolled at NMSU after earning his B.S. degree in psychology with a minor in philosophy from Western New Mexico University. 


Mario Serna

Mario Serna, currently serving as a student Graphic Designer at Arrowhead Center, combines practical expertise with an unwavering dedication to learning. As a returning student majoring in Digital Graphics Technology at DACC, he leverages his professional background to navigate the intricacies of graphic design. Mario's commitment to excellence, refined through diverse client projects, empowers him with the adaptability to excel in digital graphics. Driven by a fervent passion for continuous growth, he approaches his studies with enthusiasm, poised to achieve academic and professional success.
