Workforce Innovation

The purpose of the Workforce Innovation Unit at the Arrowhead Center at New Mexico State University is to ensure a pipeline of skilled workers that meets the true needs of business in an on-going manner.  This effort is focused on the quick and on-going determination of the regional workforce competitive strengths and challenges.  This is realized through the identification of regional workforce trends and the analysis of current and emerging workforce supply and demand trends. Once identified, these trends allow educational institutions to properly focus educational efforts, technical training programs, and professional development courses to ensure a proper alignment of the supply and demand for the regional workforce.
