Ms. Cervantes has been a community leader in southern New Mexico for over 3 decades and is owner of several businesses in La Mesa. She was active in the founding of Memorial Medical Foundation, First Step Center, Ikard Cancer Center and Mesilla Valley Hospice.

Dr. Joseph Molina is President and Chief Executive Officer of Molina Healthcare, as well as Chairman of its Board. He serves on the boards of the Association of Health Insurance Plans, the Aquarium of the Pacific and Homeboy Industries, and is a national trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
