New Mexico: Las Cruces- New Mexico State University is getting a new Entrepreneurship Institute that will help small businesses and emerging entrepreneurs. The institute also will help entrepreneurs to network. The U.S. Small Business Administration provided nearly $1 million grant to fund the program for three years.
