This panel will feature speakers from research institutions across NM, such as LANL and NMSU, who will talk about how to engage with them on SBIR/STTR projects. Panelists will describe some of the challenges they have faced in engaging with small business on STTR proposals, how to structure your collaborative agreements, and different types of licenses and what they mean to a research institution/small business team.
