Floriography specializes in flowers from southern New Mexico. The company’s team travels across the country designing for high-end weddings and events using top quality flowers, including native plants, desert botanicals, and heirloom blooms grown on their boutique flower farm. Their designs have been published internationally in wedding and style blogs and in print via Martha Stewart Weddings and Rocky Mountain Bride.

Entrepreneur EncountersSponsored by Seidel Technologies Join us for an engaging presentation by Marci Dickerson, a successful entrepreneur, NMSU graduate, and owner of The Dickerson Group. The Dickerson Group employs over 140 people and is the largest female-owned hospitality company in Southern New Mexico.

Her company leads several ventures including Dickerson’s Catering, The Game Sports Bar and Grill, The Game 2, the Sports Skills Institute, Fit Meals, and the BCOM Bear Den, among others. Dickerson is heavily involved in the Las Cruces community through service in numerous organizations and through charitable work.

She currently serves on the NMSU College of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Council and the DACC Culinary Arts Council. She earned her MBA from NMSU in 2000. Join us Monday, September 12th at 11am, Aggie Lounge – Corbett Center Student Union NMSU, We have pizza for the hungry!

Hear great entrepreneur stories from NMSU Regent Jerean Camúñez Hutchinson and owner of La Posta. She will provide great advice for young entrepreneurs and startups in the area.

Regent Jerean Camúñez Hutchinson is a Las Cruces native who was appointed to the NMSU Board of Regents in early 2015 by Governor Susana Martinez. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Systems Analysis at NMSU. She earned a Master of Science degree in Information Management from George Washington University.

Regent Jerean Hutchinson is the owner and manager of the famous La Posta de Mesilla Restaurant in Mesilla, New Mexico since returning to the area in 1996.
