On this episode, Garrett Weinzierl interviews Dr. Sarada Kuravi of New Mexico State University about her thermal energy storage system, AmpedTESTM. This system improves the heat transfer in energy storage systems without compromising the heat storage capacity through the use of alternating electromagnetic fields. Dr. Kuravi is currently in the process of obtaining patent approval and is searching for potential licensees for AmpedTES™.
